Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love your gear. If something isn’t quite right, we’re happy to help.

Eligibility

• Returns and exchanges must be requested within 30 days of purchase.

• Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition, with tags attached.

• Footwear must be tried on indoors only.

Return & Exchange Fee

• All approved returns and exchanges are subject to a $10 flat fee, which helps cover shipping and processing costs.

Final Sale Items

• Sale items, gift cards, and special orders are final sale and not eligible for return or exchange unless defective.

Defective Items

• If you believe your item is defective, please contact us and we’ll make it right.
