Summer Sessions is designed for runners looking to build speed, strength, and confidence in a supportive group environment. All levels are welcome.
A weekly speed series by Parcours Athletics, coached by Jenna Green, will begin June 25th and run through August 27th, meeting every Thursday at 7:30 PM at the UdeM Track.
What to expect:
• Running form and drill work
• Structured interval workouts focused on 5K & 10K improvement
• Strength and mobility exercises
• Coach-led guidance and support
• A fun, community-focused training atmosphere
The final session will include a 5K time trial and end-of-session celebration.
Whether you’re training for a 5K, 10K, half marathon, or marathon, this series is designed to help you run stronger and faster with purpose.
