Return Policy – Parcours Athletics

We want you to love your purchase. If something isn’t right, you can start a return easily by contacting us at parcoursathletics@gmail.com 

Return Window

You have 30 days from the delivery date to initiate a return or exchange.

Condition of Items

  • Products must be in like-new condition with original packaging and tags attached.

  • Footwear cannot show signs of outdoor wear — soles must be clean and undamaged.

  • Items without their packaging (e.g., opened socks, shoes missing or with damaged boxes) cannot be accepted.

  • Shoes must be shipped back inside a protective outer bag or box. Please do not attach labels directly to the shoebox, as this damages the packaging. Returns in this condition will be refused and sent back to you.

Cleaning & Restocking

If returned products require extra cleaning (e.g., deodorant marks, scuffed soles, pet hair), a $20 restocking fee will be applied. If items are returned clean with tags intact, no fee applies.

Refunds

  • Regular-priced items are eligible for a full refund if returned within 30 days.

  • Once an order has shipped, it cannot be cancelled or refunded until it has been delivered and returned.

Exchanges & Store Credit

The following qualify for exchange or store credit only (no refunds):

  • Items discounted by 1–29%.

  • Items purchased with our 10% “welcome” code.

  • Items purchased with a promotional code applied to full-priced products.

Final Sale – No Returns

  • Items discounted by 30% or more.

  • Items purchased with a promotional code applied to already reduced products.

  • All nutrition products.

  • Personal care products.

  • Underwear.

  • Gift cards.
